PVC foam board machine is used to produced PVC foam board with 1200mm or 1600mm width.PVC foam board is mainly used for kitchen ,bedroom and advertising decoration.The surface of PVC foam board can be treated by hot stamping or lamination, the surface is more glossy and more beautiful.

Feeding unit:
The stainless steel hopper is constructed with the material level window and the unload plugboard type.
And with automatic feeding device, the main machine and feeding can be synchronously adjusted, hopper with up and down feeding level device.
Extrusion unit:
Screw small diameter 80mm, big diameter 156mm, mixed type structure.
Machine barrel is corresponding matching type.
The base material is made of 38CrMoAlA high quality alloy steel and treated by nitriding.
The nitriding depth of screw was 0.3 ~ 0.6mm, and the nitriding hardness was HV740 ~ 940.
The desalting depth of the cylinder is 0.4 ~ 0.7mm, and the desalting hardness is HV940 ~ 1100.
Screw structure is suitable for PVC mixed materials.
Barrel screw origin:
The machine barrel screw is produced in Zhoushan, Zhejiang.
Barrel heating unit:
The casting aluminum heater is adopted, and the 4 zones are of 25KW.
Barrel cooling unit:
Each area is cooled by a 370W fan.
Temperature measuring element:
Pt-100 platinum resistance is adopted, and the temperature control instrument is Japanese RKC intelligent temperature control meter.
Deceleration mechanism unit:
Reducer learn Italian technology, the use of hard tooth surface helical gear grinding, gear are 20 crmoti carburized gear grinding processing, material of distribution box is the 38 crmoala nitriding gear grinding processing, shaft of 40 cr materials, stable operation, under 70 db noise, gear material is 20 crmoti through precision machining, sealing ring, the main bearing imported, with forced lubrication cooling unit, small volume, long service life, high precision.
